Event Services - Focus One Utilities
 FOCUS One® is our in-house utility service delivery team for exhibitor based events. FOCUS One is responsible for the delivery of utility services - electrical, plumbing, telecommunications and internet. From the time you place your order, through your move out, FOCUS One is here to serve you in a professional, efficient and user-friendly manner.
 We know that in today's market you have a choice, so we have organized our staff to make your experience at our facility a positive one.
Skilled Work Force: All FOCUS One utility work is conducted by members of Chicago's professional exhibition industry work force.
Personal Service - From Beginning to the End: Our team of Service Managers assigned to your event will begin contacting you to assist with ordering your utility needs. This same team will be visible on the show floor during move-in and move-out. They also will deliver invoices to you once the show has opened and are able to discuss any billing issues prior to leaving the facility.
