We have a team of Service Managers especially assigned to your event. Once we receive the exhibitor list from your show organizer, the Service Managers will begin contacting you to assist with ordering your utility services. The Service Managers are visible on the show floor during the move in and through the move out of your event.
Pre-Planning: A Service Manager may call you prior to move in for various reasons. Some examples would be: to clarify an item on your utility order, to inquire on a payment, or simply to introduce themselves as your contact person once you arrive on show site.
On-Site Assistance: Exhibitor and Technical Services Department Service Managers are ready to assist you on site. They will be located at the Exhibitor and Technical Services Department customer service desk in the exhibitor service center and on the show floor. If you have a question with or dispute with Navy Pier utility service, the laborer or his/her supervisor is not the person to resolve it. Go straight to the Exhibitor and Technical Services Department service desk. Ask a Exhibitor and Technical Services Department Service Manager to help you.
Billing Inquiries: Exhibitor and Technical Services Department Service Managers will deliver an invoice to you once the show opens. This enables you to discuss any billing issues prior to leaving our facility.
