Frequently Asked Questions about Event Planning

1. Who can I contact if I’m looking to book an event?

Call or email the Sales Department at 312-595-5300 or navypierevents@navypier.com . We have made booking an event easy. You can either send your prepared specifications or create your own document.

If you already have your meeting specs on an existing document, please email files*, include your name and phone number in your email, or you may FAX them to Navy Pier Sales & Events at (312) 595-5275. *The emailable file size limit is 10MB.

2. Can I bring my own caterer into the venue?

Chicago Signature Services (CSS) is the exclusive caterer for all Navy Pier special events. Navy Pier is host to many ethnic events throughout the year and will work with you on your ethnic menu (i.e. Indian, Kosher, etc.). Please inquire with your Catering Manager for more details.

3. Where can event attendees park at Navy Pier?

Navy Pier offers on-site self parking for more than 1600 vehicles. Valet Parking is also available at Entrance 1. For current parking garage rates, click here.

4. How can I add Navy Pier attraction tickets to my attendee’s experience?

Navy Pier offers group rates for 20+ or more for the iconic Ferris Wheel and more.

5. When does the free Navy Pier trolley run?

The Navy Pier Trolley makes stops by the main entrance, Entrance 1 (by Festival Hall) and Entrance 2 (by the Grand Ballroom). The Navy Pier trolley services stops along Grand Avenue and Illinois Street from Navy Pier to State Street. For the Navy Pier free trolley schedule, click here.
