Located just inside the main entrance of Navy Pier, the Navy Pier Guest Services staff is there to welcome you and answer any questions about the Pier.

Lost & Found
Visit www.navypier.com/lostandfound to claim lost property. We will respond to your claim within 48 business hours (Monday through Friday).

A Guest Services representative will be available to answer your questions by phone Mondays through Saturdays, from 11am–5pm CST at 312-595-5155 through September 1. If after hours or if your call isn’t immediately answered, please leave a message with your name, phone number, and question and your call will be returned within 48 business hours.
