Chicago Bride Magazine Expo & Yacht Party

April 10, 2013

Is there such a thing as a “perfect wedding”? Young girls dreaming of their fairy-tale happy endings, the newly engaged, and married couples looking back on their special day would all say yes. But it’s so easy to lose sight of the perfect wedding when you’re caught in the middle of planning one. It can be very stressful for brides-to-be, and yes, even grooms-to-be, when looking at the long road between themselves and that day where they finally get to say, “I do.”

Chicago Bride Magazine says don’t give up on the idea of the perfect wedding! On Sunday, April 14, they’ll be right here at Navy Pier for a Bridal Expo & Yacht Party Fashion Show!

From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m, brides, grooms, bridal parties, and family members are invited to the Lakeview Terrace for one big wedding planning extravaganza of an afternoon. Meet with local photographers, DJs, and caterers, and receive free on-site professional advice, product samples, and special offers. Brides will even have the chance to win raffle prizes donated by different exhibitors.

The highlight of the afternoon will definitely be the Bridal Fashion Runway Show aboard the Anita Dee II Yacht. The show, filled with the fashions of Fiancée Couture, will give brides the opportunity to window shop for dresses in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

So bring friends and family and maybe even the fiancé for a day devoted to your special day! Enjoy complimentary drinks, gift bags, hors d’oeuvres, music, and a beautiful view of the Chicago skyline.

Oh, and did we mention that all of this is free? Register online for you and your guests and you’ll be all set for a stress-free afternoon that proves to you that perfect weddings do exist!
