Summer is here, Chicago! How do we know? The weather is warming up, which means it’s time to pull out the sunscreen and your swimsuit and hit the beach (maybe not for swimming, but definitely for sunbathing), rent a bike and explore the city, and most important of all, head to the Pier for cold brews and live music at the Navy Pier Beer Garden!
The Navy Pier Beer Garden opens up on Memorial Day Weekend and we’re going to be kicking the summer off with a BANG! We have bands booked all weekend long– including Monday – so you can head down to the East end of the Pier and chill out with live music, great company, and all your favorite drinks right along the water.
We’re continuing our much beloved tradition of live music all summer long with performances every Wednesday through Sunday. Get ready for awesome sets from bands like Rock Candy, Mike & Joe, Hairbangers Ball, and many, many more! Are you a Dueling Piano fan? Then join us for Thirsty Thursday! Every Thursday, we’ll be playing host to the original Chicago Dueling Pianos (none of those copycats). So come out, request your favorite song, and get ready to sing along!
And if you love comedy, we’ll have comedians taking to the stage every Friday between sets. The stand-up comics are going to be great, but we bet they’ll be even funnier after you’ve got a few drinks in you.
Speaking of drinks, what would a Beer Garden be without, well, beer?! We have a huge selection of imports, micro-brews, and domestic beers along with specialty cocktails and frozen beverages. Throw in some good eats off of the Phil Stefani crafted food menu and you’ll be golden!
We’re very excited to finally open up the Navy Pier Beer Garden for the summer and cannot wait to see you guys here! Be ready for a summer full of awesome music, good beer, and a whole lot of fun! Cheers!
