You agree to cooperate with NPI in causing any unauthorized co-branding, framing or hyperlinking immediately to cease. In addition, you may not use the Web Site in any manner which could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Web Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Web Site.
